This is a Dominican spot on Lafayette between Prince and Spring, and it's like the last little remaining ghetto spot on Lafayette. Everybody passes by—'Oh my god, why is this still here?'—but you go in and there are these big pots of rice and beef and chicken. It's really authentic Dominican food, the people there are nice, and they have best rice and beans for only like $5. Almost anything you get is around $6 and it comes with everything—salad, chicken, sweet plantains, beans, rice. It's a lot of food, it'll make you fat but it's like really authentic. Plus you can save half of it for the next day.
