Matthew Bronfman Says

In the mornings I get up early with a bunch of my friends to bike two or three loops around Central Park. I'm more of a fair-weather person and don't bike when it's dark or cold out, so I usually wait for the time change and warmer weather before I head out for the season. There are so many other bikers out in the park, it's really a lot of fun. A bunch of us actually use our morning workouts to train, and then vacation in Europe in the fall for a week-long bike trip. We've gone to France a couple times—we actually climbed Mont Ventoux, which is part of the Tour de France course—and this year I think we'll cycle through Tuscany.
