My favorite place to eat is Noho Star on Lafayette. I love it because it's always good, consistent food. I know all the waitresses and people there because I am a man of habit, and I like to go to the same place over and over again. Noho Star is a big, lofty restaurant so it's very artsy, which is exactly what Greenwich Village stood for in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. There's a little explanation on the wall that explains that in the restaurant, and I love to take people here when they visit. My favorite dish is the Frou Frou, which is yogurt with very fresh fruit—and the hot fudge sundae is tremendous.
