She's my colorist and she's fantastic.  When I wanted to change my hair color, as I was doing a lot of blonde highlights last season and wanted to go warmer, more Veronica Lake sexy for the fall, Rita gave me a beautiful chocolate sultry color that really complimented my skin tone. It wasn't too monochromatic but had a little contrast, keeping a bright luster. It was also easier to keep, more so than highlights.
