When I’m uptown, I like to go to Maison du Chocolate for chocolate and madelines. I like their chocolate covered prunes and the little bon bon’s of chocolate ganache with coffee and raspberry. Almost anything they do. It’s all flown in from France once a week. It’s fresh. It’s smooth; it’s conched enough times so it’s not grainy. It’s very smooth. It’s not too sweet it's very subtle.
