Telepan is a really small restaurant on the Upper West Side. The chef uses all local ingredients so everything you're ingesting is fresh produce from the area. Telepan is classy, more of a classic restaurant with really dope food. To an extent it's trendy, but the people who eat there come for an appreciation of food rather than for a trendy environment. The food is excellent, probably the best restaurant experience I've had in New York, hands down.
