With its warm, woody, industrial feel, Quality Meats seems like Tribeca in Midtown. I'm crazy for their rosemary and salt crusted buns, dinosaur-sized cuts of perfect meats with caramelized onions, and the creamed corn with a brulee top. This is a true steak restaurant—which also does excellent fish—with a menu that's more stylized and interesting than your standard man-meets-steak-place. Midtown sorely needed this.
