My favorite restaurant in New York City, this place is tiny and easy going with simple—but seriously tasty—food, all the work of Gabrielle Hamilton (also one of my favorite food writers). It's as perfect for a special occasion as it is for your every night good dinner. My favorite dishes are Bone Marrow, radishes with butter and salt, and a huge Buratta Cheese that's bound to cause fighting around the table.
