Walk west down "Hedge Fund Alley's" 57th Street, turn into the formal marble column hallway of The Le Parker Meridian hotel lobby, turn right at the imposing concierge desk, and take another right down an anonymous, unlit hallway. There, in a windowless corner, is a cubby of a restaurant you'll soon find out is midtown's secret burger oasis. To be clear, there is no garden. In fact, it looks more like a Midwestern college dive but this is where they quickly grill the best burgers I've ever had. Consistently. Beer, soda, fries, milkshakes, brownies and pickles—there, you've just read the entire menu.
