How do I describe Siberia? Well, first of all, it's a bit like Alice in Wonderland because there's no sign. You just have to know the intersection (40th and 9th Avenue) and what to look for (I ain't tellin', but I'll give you a hint: look for the color associated with anger, madness and debauchery). Once you walk in, you're confronted with a large space that looks like it was made out of a giant's doodling pad. Believe it or not, there's also a downstairs—and it's even dingier. The first thing I do when I return from a film is call up my friend Tracy Westmoreland, who owns Sibera, and we down a few here.
