I live uptown and one spot I often go to is Via Quadronno. I generally prefer the classic places. Via Quadronno has been around for many years and it never fails to deliver. When a place opens out, I usually stay away. I usually will go when it is a little bit less cool. I don't know what it is. I just don't need to be in the thick of everybody thinking, 'Oh this is the cool place'. I am more into mainstays than the new places that are there for a year and then it's gone.
